FVSU NAA, Inc. Southern Crescent Alumni Chapter “Taste of FVSU”
The Fort Valley State University National Alumni Association Incorporated Southern Crescent Alumni Chapter presents the 11th Annual “Taste of FVSU”. The event will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2025 at 5 PM to 8 PM at the Virginia Burton Gray Recreation Center, 1475 East Fayetteville Road, Riverdale Georgia. Tickets are $60 and attire is cosmopolitan (no jeans). There will be door prizes & live band. To purchase tickets, cash app to $FVSCAC89 or make a payment to any Southern Crescent alumni member. All proceeds will benefit scholarships for FVSU students. The goal of the event this year is $30,000.
FVSU NAA, Inc. South Central Georgia Alumni Chapter Annual Scholarship Banquet
The Fort Valley State University National Alumni Association Incorporated South Central Georgia Alumni Chapter cordially invites you to their Annual Scholarship Banquet. The event will be Saturday, May 31, 2025 at 5 pm at the Chatters Restaurant, 600 NW Broad Street, Lyons, Georgia. Tickets are $40 and can be purchased by any South Central Georgia member or call 478.494.9258. The keynote speaker will be Garren M. Walker, 28th President, FVSU National Alumni Association Incorporated. Join us for this night of Wildcat fellowship.
HBCU Alumni Alliance 5K Run/Walk
The HBCU Alumni Alliance Annual 5KRun/Walk will be held on Saturday, June 28, 2025 at Piedmont Park, Atlanta, Georgia. The event is a day filled with more partnerships, scholarships, activations and the largest HBCU alumni and D9 gathering in the country. Registration is $40 and will increase to $45 as the race gets closer to its date. If you don’t wish to register for the race, please make a donation to those FVSU local chapters. Portions of your race will go towards the local FVSU Atlanta & Dekalb County Alumni Chapters scholarships.
FVSU NAA, Inc. Augusta Alumni Chapter “A Taste of Jazz” Breakfast
The Fort Valley State University National Alumni Association Incorporated Augusta Area Alumni Chapter presents “A Taste of Jazz Breakfast” on Saturday, April 26, 2025 from 9 AM to 11 AM. The event will be held at the Olde Town Community Center, 302 Walker Street, Augusta, Georgia. Donations are $50.

Join the Fort Valley State University in attending the Grand Opening of the Calvin Smyre Education Conference Center at Morehouse School of Medicine on Thursday, April 3rd at 10am. The event will feature a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at 10 AM, followed by a reception and tour. As proud Wildcats, let’s show our support and represent Fort Valley State University in a big way! We encourage everyone to wear our signature Old Gold and Royal Blue so that FVSU’s presence is felt throughout this special occasion.

The Fort Valley State University National Alumni Association Incorporated Atlanta Alumni Chapter presents "Secure the Scholarship" event. The live event will be Sunday, March 30th at 4pm EST. The "Maximizing Your Scholarship" live webinar equips students with tools to effectively search for and secure scholarships, based on the Not Your Average Scholarship Workbook by Ebony Payne. The session will be a step-by-step guide to the scholarship search, insights into financial aid and how it aligns with your needs, focus on financial literacy for informed decisions, and other topics.
