Marketing & Communication

The Marketing and Communications Committee serves as the public relations and marketing component of Fort Valley State University National Alumni Association Incorporated. The committee contributes to the overall visibility of the Association and builds a positive image by generating a range of media coverage via print, digital, and electronic messaging systems. WHAT WE DO:

Marketing and Communications provides a support function to the Alumni Association, Alumni Chapters and Affinity Groups. Some of our services include:

  • publicity for events and activities at the university and alumni chapters

  • news releases

  • public service announcements

  • photographs

  • press conferences

  • paid advertisements and media purchasing

  • publications, flyers and programs

  • digital advertising and social media

PROCESS GUIDE

The marketing process guide is available for alumni and affinity groups on how to engage with the committee.

BRAND LOGO ASSETS

The brand logo assets are available to download for various usage. Must adhere to the brand style guide book.

GRAPHIC JOB REQUEST FORM

The marketing team will need at least TWO weeks lead time to prepare sample graphics that align with the committee’s vision for each event or program.

BRAND STYLE GUIDE BOOK

The Fort Valley State University National Alumni Association Incorporated brand style guide book is available to download and adhere to.

ALUMNI CHAPTER ASSETS

The local alumni chapters assets are available to download for various usage. Must adhere to the brand style guide book. COMING SOON.


EMAIL AND NEWSLETTER

Please fill out the form to subscribe to our newsletter and alumni communication. Email newsletter are scheduled to be sent out on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays. We will offer both print and email newsletter. Any events or advertisements must be submitted via email to the MarCom team Monday the week scheduled. Submissions must be camera-ready.
