The Fort Valley State University National Alumni Association Incorporated will be hosting its annual Homecoming Scholarship Golf Tournament in Fall 2025. The event will be Friday, October 3rd at the Southern Hills Country Club.

Last year’s fundraising event raised over $30,000 and saw record participation from golfers. For 2025, our goal is to exceed $50,000 in proceeds. These funds will go toward providing college scholarships for deserving students and supporting the University’s goals for the upcoming academic year. In 2024, the FVSU NAA, Inc. awarded more than $50,000 in scholarships.

Southern Hills Country Club, 360 Warner Robins Highway, Hawkinsville, Georgia 31036
The 18-hole course is exceptionally well-suited to the game of golf. This course layout features stunning tree-lined fairways, bunkers with bent grass from tee to green and water in play on nine holes. From 2002-2008 Southern Hills was given 4 stars for “Best Place to Play” by Golf Digest.
